LBC Credit Partners Provides $12,500,000 Secured Mezzanine Loan to AFCO

Philadelphia, PA, July 9, 2013 - LBC Credit Partners ("LBC"), a leading provider of financing solutions to middle market companies, announced that it was Agent and Sole Lender for a $12.5 million secured mezzanine loan to support the recapitalization of Alex C. Fergusson, LLC ("AFCO"), a Larsen MacColl Partners portfolio company.
